popeyes before esplanade trip. i think this is the first time our class went out together in a big group. anyway the chicken strips meal suck balls so never ever order it. esplanade tour was alright, i like the concert halls very posh.went to celebrate our 1 year. well, not exactly celebrate because we didn't have any plans! in the end, we decided to buy steaks from carrefour and cook them at home. on the way home near clementi, we met with an accident. what a way to celebrate right. some pickup didn't check his blind spot and wanted to move left; and wongsie forgot to horn him. so our bike fell. it all happened so quickly, very hard to explain. all i remember was that a pickup came too near us, wongsie swerved and then we were on the road with a loud bang.
luckily i didn't go into shock or something. just picked ourselves up. coincidentally, saw iqin and paky who stopped by to help us. and everyone was like lookin at us from their vehicles. so irritating. never see people fall before meh?
the most important thing is, we are both fine. wongsie has abrasioned limbs AGAIN. my hands escaped unscathed but i have bruises and abrasions on my knees and ankle. and my pants tore :(
on a sidenote, our steaks turned out okay even though it was our virgin attempt! quite nice just that need to cook a little longer..
