I DON'T LIKE RC.
first the damn staff entrance is at level3. and there are so many turns and then we need to go 2 escalators down before we reach our counter. and if we need the toilet have to go up to level3. and their store manager is always on the prowl to make sure we only leave the counter on the second bell when the store closes, if now we kena. and their baggage counter is so pathetic siak. at tangs we had those shelves to place our bags. at rc they just leave it on the side table or floors. and at tangs our bag tags were laminated and can be re-used. at rc so cheapskate, using paper to stick on our bag handles and then we can throw them away after use. WTF. my first day and i'm already hating it arghhhhhhhhhhhh.
